A dynamic business strategy consultant, Ms.lndu Palaniappan has been handling senior management responsibilities for 31 years. She has helped develop, influence and inspire professional business intelligence service for international organizations such as the British High Commission in India, United Kingdom Trade &Investment, UK Department of Agriculture, US State Universities and a leading US Legal firm and other small and medium firms.

As the Head of Trade & Investment team at the British High Commission, she was directing & strategizing activities of the all India commercial services team for gathering, validating & reporting commercial intelligence in sectors of business important to the UK Industry along withmarket analysis, due diligence & advisory to UK & US firms in business partner search. She has extensively coordinated with banks & other government entities in India involved in Trade & Investment operations. She has also authored industry & economic briefing notes on Indian industry - both existing and emerging during1991 - 2004, in specific sectors to assist visiting British Ministers, heads of UK trade organizations and business corporations. She has also been responsible for designing and developing strategic trade and business events in

India and the UK & has been leading several business delegations to conferences and trade events from and to the UK and India.

With a PG Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management- Bangalore, a PG Diploma in Indian Administrative & Labour Law from Annamalai University & fluency in 6 Indian languages, she is also a business consultant to US Universities assisting them in formulating business strategy in student recruitment, negotiated & strategized business partnerships in education & training. She has also represented the state of Karnataka at National Bridge Championships. As Executive Director, She is currently managing TACT India's operations, client relationship management & new business in southern India region
