During her career, Claire has been a successful business manager, change and strategy consultant, and international business expert. Her first degree was in international business where she spent a year on exchange in Japan and also undertook a market entry project in Thailand. Early in her career she spent two years in Japan including running a business and two years in the UK working in international trade and logistics. This was followed by a year in Egypt where she consulted to the shipping industry and learned about freight and vessel piracy as well as on Egyptian and Japanese trade negotiations on major infrastructure projects. It was during these years she first gained an appreciation for the critical importance of corporate security and employee and supplier due diligence.

She then returned to Australia and achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in marketing and finance and changed careers into marketing management. She achieved great success in creating high performing teams in over ten years in roles in the private sector, government and universities by focusing heavily on process improvement, creativity and lateral thinking, and measuring results in meaningful ways.

She then spent three years as strategy and change management consultant where she worked in-depth and in-house on stakeholder engagement for a major hospital building development and relocation as well as on change and process improvement projects for small to medium sized companies before relocating to India. She lectured in Marketing at the University of Adelaide for over 6 years and speaks Japanese. As a strategy consultant for TACT India, Claire works on business development and client relationships in India and Internationally.
